On December 1st, our family visited you looking to "add" to our basement game room. We left purchasing a used Super Chexx game (6 months young), and a 21-600 Kettler Ping Pong Table. Our experience with your staff during the visit to your location, and the subsequent delivery of our games, was impressively "customer focused". We would like to pass on to you our thanks and compliments. To Rob(by)- who, while having an obviously "tough" day when we visited you, MADE time for us. It is possible, that without Rob's assistance, we may not have purchased the Super Chexx due to it's size and our desired placement location. Rob continued his involvement as part of the delivery team ensuring the set-up and check out of the Super Chexx upon delivery. "Where's the puck?" - found. For your attention to detail - our Super Chexx game, while being in really fine shape, needed the little "clean-up" before delivery. It obviously got it. It was also VERY nice to find the owner manual with the Super Chexx game. For your quick delivery - 4 December 2001. And at a reasonable price. To our sales person - sorry, his name escapes me, is not on our sales invoice, and it does not seem that his picture is amongst those on your web site. I believe he is a teacher/instructor at Burlington County College or Vo Tech(?). Helpful, fast, and cordial. Find him and thank him for us please.
