Dear Todd, I recently purchased an Eightball Deluxe pinball machine and needed some help with a couple of targets that had "minds of their own". I took a chance on calling on Saturday (June 26) night around 10pm and was pleasantly impressed that I got a technician. Curt walked me through several tests and solutions. With his assistance one of the problems has been remedied and he is coming out to help with the other this week. I learned about my machine (it was pretty cool under the playfield) and that TNT is actually concerned about their customers (even after their checks clear). Bugs is in great shape. As I mentioned, the pallet was broken but the case was protected. It was very well packed. I put it together last night and it works fine. I am very pleased with the quality. Cabinet and playfield surprisingly good, considering white shows everything.
