Dear Todd,
I want to thank you for the very nice Playboy pinball that you delivered to me on 8-17-95. My wife, Kathy, was very, very surprised and thought it was a great gift. She played non-stop from 8pm until 2am.
Your deliverymen were very professional and friendly. They would not leave until the game was up and running to my satisfaction. They did a real nice job.
As we like this first pinball so much, we can see ourselves purchasing one game per year and starting a collection. Kathy has already hinted to me that she would like a jukebox next.
I read the book that you sent with my Playboy pinball and it suggested that I obtain the manual for the game as it would be very helpful to the owner. Do you have one to send me?
I also need replacement light bulbs and your catalog of what you have in stock for sale.
I want to change the point totals for free games. Right now the game is giving three free games for a score above 190,000 points. Too low! Maybe the Playboy manual can tell me how to change this?
Again I want to thank you for the very good service you are running. All my friends are asking me where I got my pinball and seem surprised that they can be bought for a reasonable price.
