Hi Todd, I just played your message on my answering machine. UPS picked up the damaged tube and delivered the new one at the same time yesterday afternoon. I opened the new box right on the spot before the UPS deliveryman left. It was in perfect shape. Thank you for your prompt action in this matter, I really appreciate the fact that you sent a replacement tube before UPS processed the claim. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
